1H-NMR spectrum of tiaprofenic acid in CDCI3 was obtained and proton chemical shifts from tetramethylsilane were assigned to each proton and set of equivalent protons of the molecule. The hydroxy proton of the carboxylic acid group was confirmed by deuterium exchange. The natural abundance C-13 nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum of the compound in CDCI3 was recorded using Fourier transorm technique. The chemical shifts of carbon resonances have been assigned on the basis of the chemical shift additivity theory and the signal multiplicity observed in the single frequency off-resonance decoupled (SFORD) spectrum. Also comparison with carbon chemical shifts of model compounds were useful.  相似文献

Let R be an integral domain with quotient field F. It is shown that R is a strongly discrete Prüfer v-multiplication domain if and only if there exists a bijection between the set of the prime w-ideals and the set of isomorphism classes of GV-torsionfree indecomposable injective R-modules and every indecomposable injective R-module, viewed as a module over its endomorphism ring, is uniserial. It is also shown that the w-closure of any GV-torsionfree homomorphic image of F is injective if and only if R is a Prüfer v-multiplication domain satisfying an almost maximality-type property.  相似文献

Three natural basaltic samples were collected and used as efficient catalysts for the liquid‐phase synthesis of n‐butyl acetate. The samples were characterized by X‐ray fluorescence analysis (XRF), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetry (TG), differential thermal analysis (DTA), Fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and N2 sorption. The acidity of the samples was determined using isopropanol dehydration, and the strength of the acid sites was measured using chemisorption of basic probes. The catalytic activity of the samples towards the esterification of acetic acid with n‐butanol was extensively examined. The influence of different parameters, such as the reaction refluxing time, molar ratio, catalyst loading, reusability, and calcination temperature, on the esterification reaction was studied in detail. The results revealed that all samples had high catalytic activity with a selectivity of 100% to n‐butyl acetate formation. In addition, the sample obtained from the top hill of Volcano had the highest activity with a 80% yield of n‐butyl acetate. Moreover, the significant catalytic performances were well correlated with the acidity of the samples and to the reaction rate constants.  相似文献

The synthesis of a new series of annulated thieno[2,3‐b]pyridines was performed. Ester compound 1 underwent heterocyclization upon reaction with phenylisothiocyanate and formamide to afford pyrimidines 2 and 3 , respectively. Thienopyrimidine 5 was resulted via reaction of amino derivative 1 with triethyl orthoformate to afford the non‐isolable intermediate 4 , which allowed hydrazinolysis with hydrazine hydrate to afford the target compound. Pyrimidine type 5 was condensed with p‐nitrobenzaldehyde to afford Schiff base 6 . Refluxing of ester 1 with ethyl cyanoacetate and diethyl malonate followed by base‐mediated heterocyclization afforded condensed pyridines 8 and 9 , respectively. The tetracyclic pyrazine derivative 14 was obtained from the reaction of amino compound 1 with 2,5‐dimethoxytetrahydrofuran followed by hydrazinolysis to give carbohydrazide 11 , which undergo diazotization followed by Curtius rearrangement. The antibacterial results illustrated no significant results for the investigated compounds except compound 5 , which has moderate activity against Gram‐positive bacteria.  相似文献

A simple green and efficient one‐pot multi‐component synthesis of 1H‐pyrozolo[1,2‐b]phthalazine‐5,10‐diones and 2H‐indazolo[2,1‐b]phthalazine‐triones has been developed utilizing one‐pot multi‐component reaction of aromatic aldehydes, active methylene reagents, phthalic anhydride, and hydrazine hydrate or alternatively phthalhydrazide in glycerol without catalyst under controlled microwave heating. The current synthetic protocol offers several advantages such as excellent yields, high EcoScale and atom economy, simple working up reactants and products, and the absence of hazardous catalysts or solvents.  相似文献

Response surface methodology (RSM),based on five‐level, four variable Box‐Benkhen technique was investigated for modeling the average fiber diameter of electrospun polyacrylonitrile (PAN) nanofibers. The four important electrospinning parameters were studied including applied voltage (kV), Berry's number, deposition distance from nozzle to collector (cm), and spinning angle (? in degree). The measured fiber diameters were in a good agreement with the predicted results by using RSM technique. High‐regression coefficient between the variables and the response (R2 = 87.74%) indicates excellent evaluation of experimental data by second‐order polynomial regression model. The optimum PAN average fiber diameters of 208 and 37‐nm standard deviation were collected at 19 kV, Berry's number = 10, 25° spinning angle, and 16‐cm deposition distance. The PAN/N,N‐dimethylformamide (DMF) polymer solution with the optimum weight concentration (10 wt.%) was selected to study the effect of dispersing exfoliated graphite nanoplatelets (EGNPs) in PAN/DMF solution on the electrospun EGNP/PAN fibril composite diameter. Five different EGNPs weight concentrations (2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 wt.%) were dispersed in the optimized PAN/DMF polymer solution. Morphology of EGNPs/PAN fibril composites and its distribution were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to show the minimum fiber diameter for the above‐mentioned 5 wt. % of EGNPs. A minimum fibril composite diameter of 182 nm was obtained at 10 wt.% of EGNPs. Morphological characteristics of electrospun fibers and their distribution were tested by Raman spectroscopy, SEM, differential light scattering, and high‐resolution transmission electron microscopy.  相似文献

Molecular dynamics simulations and neutron scattering experiments have shown that many hydrated globular proteins exhibit a universal dynamic transition at TD = 220 K, below which the biological activity of a protein sharply diminishes. We studied the phononlike low-energy excitations of two structurally very different proteins, lysozyme and bovine serum albumin, using inelastic x-ray scattering above and below TD. We found that the excitation energies of the high-Q phonons show a marked softening above TD. This suggests that the large amplitude motions of wavelengths corresponding to this specific Q range are intimately correlated with the increase of biological activities of the proteins.  相似文献

In this paper, we calculate the band gap and the band discontinuities of a GaN y AsBi x structure lattice matched to GaAs substrate using the conduction and the valence band anticrossing models at the same time. The results obtained show a good agreement with experiment. The nitrogen and the bismuth concentrations leading to a wavelength emission of 1.55 μm have been determined (x = 3.5%, y = 2%). This structure shows a good electron confinement resulting in a high characteristic temperature.  相似文献
